  2. Second step- Kapal Bhaati Pranayama ( 900 -1000 times, duration- 15 minutes )
  3. Third step- Anulom Vilom Pranayama ( 150 -200 times, duration- 15 minutes )
  4. Fourth step- Om chanting pranayama ( 11-15 times, duration- 10 minutes )
  5. Fifth step - Shavasan ( at least 10 minutes, maximum - no limitation )
